The following information is as of March 21, 2022 and is subject to change as we receive guidance from the CDPH, state and local health authorities, the Anaheim Convention Center, the CDC and WHO, and we will provide regular and timely updates to help everyone best prepare for IME West.
What specific health and safety measures will be in place?
Masks are strongly encouraged for all guests. Extra face masks will be available at the Health and Wellness Counters on-site.
Are there any plans to cancel or reschedule the event?
No. Informa has a proven record of hosting safe and successful events. We are committed to safely gathering April 12-14 and have no intention of cancelling or postponing the event.
Will you be limiting the number of attendees who can be at the event?
No. Given the size of the Anaheim Convention Center, there will be no limitations. We encourage all guests to be mindful of crowds while at the event and adhere to social distancing when possible.
How will mandates be enforced?
Effective April 1, 2022, vaccinations or a negative test are no longer required for indoor mega events in the state of California.
Will you require daily testing?
No. Effective April 1, 2022, a negative COVID-19 test or full vaccination will no longer be required to attend the event.
Will there be testing available on-site?
There will be no on-site testing at IME West. Please click here for local testing options.
Will event staff follow the same Health Check protocol as show attendees and exhibitors?
Yes. All venue staff, vendors and contractors will be required to follow the same onsite Health Check requirements as show participants. We are all in this together and working by the same guidelines.
